Why We Built This
Physicians spend years mastering clinical knowledge. But patient satisfaction — the thing that drives outcomes, adherence, and trust — depends on something different: how a physician communicates.
Research consistently shows that patients who feel heard are more likely to follow treatment plans, report better outcomes, and rate their care highly. Yet most physicians receive little to no structured feedback on their communication after residency.
Myxis was founded to close that gap. We use AI to do what a skilled coach would do — listen to real interactions, identify specific moments of strength and opportunity, and give physicians the kind of feedback that actually changes behavior.

Founder
Emergency physician with 10 years of clinical experience, including several years as Medical Director of a high-volume, high-acuity emergency department. Matt built Myxis from the inside out — having lived the gap between clinical expertise and communication feedback firsthand.
